Freckles and Flora is a one woman army; this means I will process your order as quickly as possible and will notify you of shipping within seven working days. Unfortuately I am only able to ship to Mainland UK, Scotland and Wales.
Due to the nature of posting live plants many will have flowering stems removed before transit, open your parcel as soon as you receive it, plants will require air, light and water and plant out as soon as possible to ensure good growth, flowering and establishment. Freckles and Flora accepts no liability after a product is removed from packaging.
Damage during transit; any damage during the delivery stage of the process should be photographed to provide evidence, these will be dealt with on a case by case basis to work to a satisfactory solution for all parties. Please email immediately with your name and customer number.
Returns
A product must be returned within 30 days in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received, proof of purchase must be shown to enable a full return and refund. Freckles and flora does not accept responsibility of any plants which fail due to incorrect care or adverse weather conditions.
Delivery; you will receive an email when this is dispatched with estimated delivery date. If any of your details change after an order is placed please contact me immediately henrietta@frecklesandflora so they can be amended before shipping.
